i saw this thing in zach and jon's live journals where they go through their playlist on shuffle and list the ten consecutive songs it selects, it looks pretty cool, i think ill try it, well here goes:

GetOffTheMoonwag: one is sitting on a log

GetOffTheMoonwag: the other is looking up at the sky

GetOffTheMoonwag: standing up

GetOffTheMoonwag: and they are having a conversation about nothing in particular

GetOffTheMoonwag: another guy enters the clearing

GetOffTheMoonwag: and he sits down to read a magazine

GetOffTheMoonwag: and he joins in the conversation

GetOffTheMoonwag: the guy on the log has a hood on and is looking down on the ground

GetOffTheMoonwag: and right in the middle of the convo he interects

GetOffTheMoonwag: telling one of them to move to the left, and the other to move to the right

GetOffTheMoonwag: 3 seconds later a tree falls(also jon's idea)

GetOffTheMoonwag: and they dont really pay it much mind

what does everyone think of this idea so far? and which do you think would be a better ending

here are some other ideas i have, input(honest input) is appreciated:

Idea 1: (music video) (modest mouse) all nite diner

Boy in car, in garage, trying to kill himself, short portions of flashbacks, falls asleep, is woken up by a horn outside, drives through garage door, crashes into a ditch, comes out, takes off clothes, starts running, people start following him, taking off all of their clothes, shedding material possessions, what not, (ideas for an ending anyone?)

Idea 2: Short film

Man gets drunk, passes out on crowded city street, people walking, don’t even pay him any mind, he gets up, no idea where he is or how he got there, bad hangover, wanders around the city, trying to remember what he did the night before and how he got to where he was, tries to ask around and find someone he knows, until he finds someone he knows, all the while he’s having scattered flashbacks of the night before, (endings???)

Idea 3: (music video) (modest mouse)

Close up of man’s face, zooms out slowly, turns out he’s hopped up on heroine, shows needle and powder, zooms out more, shows his family fighting, right around him, and not even noticing him

Idea 5: two people are in a car driving, when ever a car passes the, driver flinches, dead silence, passenger turns on music, music causes driving much pain and anguish, shaking, looks at passenger, passenger is looking out his window driver pulls over , gets out, pullspassenger out, and starts beating him with various random objects.

Idea 6: kid in house, doing something fire related, goes up into his room, puts on big headphones, lies down, closes eyes, music is really loud, house catches fire and he doesn’t even notice.

being like the 10th year in the row in which my sister has gotten much more in terms of gifts than me, it didnt really matter when she was still opening her presents when i was starting my thank you notes. And I think its the first year in which ive decided to give all of my friends(or at least all the ones i can think of) presents. Ahh, but since i rarely see any of my friends when theres no school, most of them will probably getting a belated christmas mix CD on january 5th.
